HOW TO BOOK
Our online calendar provides live availability and pricing. When you're on the calendar simply point at the dates you want and click to book. There are different ways you can pay, and you can be confident that your payment information and personal details will be stored safely.
Due to new COVID-19 policies and procedures we have put in place, we have changed our minimum night stay to three nights, we will keep this under review. In some periods in the year we also have long minimum stays, like bank holidays and Christmas which have longer minimums. You'll see from the calendar that we offer a 10% discount if only two guests are staying and for longer stays.
Please note, we are only accepting bookings from single households or support bubbles - this is inline with Government guidance.
We offer availability through other booking sites, but when you book directly with us you will receive the best rates avoiding third party commission.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out at 11am. If you would like to request an early or late checkout do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, however this isn't always possible.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All guests are required to agree to our terms and conditions. Please note, we have updated these due to our new COVID-19 policies, for example we are now asking the guests strip the beds before departing. This is to help ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and guests.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday price is payable at the time of booking if the booking is six weeks or more in advance.
The balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the start of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your booking will be treated as a cancellation and you will remain liable to pay the balance.
